Avon Mini Mrs Albees

I've been collecting Mini Mrs Albees and have a few questions. Did Avon offer minis for 1976, 1978, 1991, 1992, and 2011-present? Also, when did the minis start having bases and globes? I couldn't get the information from Avon USA so I hope someone can help me.

Let's see if I can dust off my memory, we used to carry all of the minis when we were selling the collectibles. The mini's began including a base and dome in 1995. In 1994 the mini had a glass tray under it but no dome.
Unfortunately I don't still have all the info and photos for the minis we carried, I am pretty sure that the first was in the 1980's (either 1981 or 1983) and that there were a couple that were skipped in the 1990's. Hopefully another collector can add more details.
